The algorithm-intense game I mentioned last week continues to be a pain – tons of awkward corner cases in level-generation, etc. This is still not that game. Instead, I created an entry for the Experimental Gameplay Project monthly contest. The theme is “10 seconds”, so in this game you have ten seconds to precisely but hastily chop up some circles. The name is close to meaningless; it’s just a vaguely relevant palindrome. But anyway. Go play Redivider!

Woah, pretty nice game! I love the really simple (and obvious) game mechanics and the cutting effect! Gotta look into your other games when it’s not well after midnight and I’ve got to work the other day…
Wonderful game. Not as “replayable” as Dragondot, but still.
I love how you’ve been taking such simple concepts but somehow making them addictingly fun. (Although the gameplay took me a while to figure out, I’ll read the text next time)
Another one of your better games. Love the division effect as it’s very satisfying.
Very nice game, simple but lots of fun.
Bug: For each second, it counts from X.5 to X.0, and repeats. It counts seconds correctly, thus it’s an annoying display issue.
I’m impressed to the point that I mentally took note of how you applied such a simple technique and came up with such a fun game in order to apply the same to my own games. I actually am most impressed with wavespark – such an excellent idea!
I just learned how to program games and hope to join the experimental gameplay project soon. See you there!
What a fun game! I don’t think I have anything I can complain or criticize about this one.
High score 2136.
